The warranty policy

Our goal is to make your online shopping experience with us as easy, enjoyable and beneficial as possible. It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple for you as possible.

Tokentools Guarantees to the original purchaser all welding machines and plasma cutters purchased via our website and shopfront against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for thirty six months, (36 months - 3 years) from date of purchase.

Tokentools Guarantees to the original purchaser all other products and welding machine and plasma cutter accessories purchased via our website and shopfront against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months, (12 months - 1 year) from date of purchase.

During this guarantee period Tokentools will repair any defective product. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be repaired. Tokentools reserves the right to make minor adjustments and enhancements to repaired products as such changes are introduced to our product lines.

This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons. The repair guarantee also excludes breakages and consumable items. In all cases should you believe your Tokentools product is faulty you should contact Tokentools on 1300 881 991 and follow the prompts to reach the technical support department. We will assist you in troubleshooting your product and should we find there is a fault we will assist you in getting your product repaired. If a failure or fault occurs, the product should be returned to Tokentools. If distance prevents you from returning the product in person, you can send the product by freight carrier however freight is at your cost. We can arrange a controlled return on your behalf at a substantially discounted rate by using our freight discount structure. Repairs are carried out business days and normally are completed within 48 hours after receipt of faulty goods. If for some reason we need additioinal time to complete a repair and load test a product we will advise you.

By following the tips, below, speedy attention to your requirements will be assured:

When shipping goods to Tokentools , attach a label to the product stating your full name, address and nature of the fault or complaint. The Purchase Receipt should accompany any claims. A return authorisation number is not required as your original purchase receipt number is used to track your product and any enquiries relating to it. Package the product securely, making sure the plug-which can cause damage to the product is wrapped separately and pack the product into a strong carton. We cannot accept responsibility for goods packed by you receiving freight damage but will accept the goods from the freight carrier upon delivery. Any visible damage will be listed on the proof of delivery documentation supplied by the freight carrier.
