Prices
Tokentools endeavours to offer you competitive prices on our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable taxes, shipping charges. Tokentools reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on its website at any time. Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars. Tokentools cannot guarantee foreign currency rates, and advises customers not residing in Australia to contact Tokentools if you need clarification before you purchase any products.

Payment Methods: Credit Card
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use. Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped. You may also pay by direct bank deposit, EFT interbank transfer, cheque, money order. If collecting in person from our shop front you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash.

Please note: Some credit cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of your order. To enquire about your spending limit, please contact your credit provider or financial institution. Tokentools cannot ship an order until payment has been approved by our bank. Tokentools must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. All orders are processed the same business day Monday through Friday providing Tokentools receives your payment before 1PM. Orders and payments received after 1PM on any business day will be processed the same day before 4PM but the dispatch will be rolled over to the next business day

NOTE: Tokentools will never ask for your credit card details by email.

Product Warranty
All Tokentools products sold on this website are brand new, and carry between a three year and one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty period is specified against each product. Please check the warranty policy for comprehensive information.

Please Note: All welding and cutting machines are fitted with a warranty seal, the tampering or removal of this seal along with normal wear and tear of mechanical components, misuse, neglect, mechanical impact, water damage voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Tokentools product, please call Tokentools on 1300 881 991 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 30 days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it for you or offer a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, CD’s that where shipped with the product. Refunds are limited to the purchase price only and do not include any freight costs.

Please Note: Tokentools recommends that you:

Contact Tokentools for details of their shipper so the goods can be correctly insured and returned at minimal costto you. If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any freight costs, loss or damage to the product during return shipping.

Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tokentools reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, Tokentools may impose a handling fee limited to 10% of the original purchase price.

Proof of Purchase
Tokentools will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will nned to contact Tokentools on 1300 881 991 to obtain confirmation of your order along with tracking information. A tax receipt will be included with your order. Copies may be obtained via email by calling Tokentools on 1300 881 991.

Sales Tax
Orders purchased and shipped within Australia will attract 10% GST and the total price including GST is shown on the website. International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that Tokentools provides to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Shipping Options
Tokentools offers domestic and international shipping via Australia Post, Startrack Express and TNT International Freight.

Shipping Details
The transit time of your order is usually between 1 and 4 business days, estimates of transit times may be obtained by clicking on the delivery tab at the top of the website, the point of origin for all orders is Wyong NSW 2259. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of a credit card).

Please allow 1-4 days for delivery within Australia, or 2-3 weeks for overseas orders.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Please Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to the customer upon any order being scanned by the courier upon collection. All orders are insured automatically within Australia to a maximum of their sale value or $10,000 whichever is the lesser. Any claims arising from loss or damage against the automatic insurance policy attract a $400 claim excess which is deducted from any claims paid by our insurer. Insurance is also available directly from the freight carrier at the rate of 1.8% of total order value, there is no excess for this policy. Please contact Tokentools once your order is placed so that we may assist you in adding this cover to your shipment.
