Is Tokentools Pty Ltd a traditional bricks and mortar business?
Tokentools Pty Ltd is a traditional bricks and mortar business and was established in January of 2005. Our product range has dramatically grown since those early days and our machines now feature a full 3 year parts and labour warranty. Our online portal now provides easy 24 x 7 access to our products from the comfort of your chair. Lightning fast despatch ensures our online customers get served almost as fast as our shopfront customers with only the freight time being the component taking time.
 
Where is Tokentools located?
Our warehouse is located at Unit 10, 9-11 Willow Tree Road, Wyong NSW 2259. Wyong is approximately 90 minutes North of the CBD in Sydney and our warehouse may be easily reached by taking the Tuggerah exit if traveling from Sydney or the Sparks rd exit if travelling from Newcastle. We have a small shopfront set up for customers that would like to inspect goods and discuss specifications. Below is a clickable map provided courtesy of Google Maps. Simply click the map image to launch an arial view of our shopfront with an arrow pointing to our front door. You can then enter your starting point into Google Maps in order to obtain a list of written directions.
 
 
 
How safe is my payment?

Our secure server, the one that processes the shopping cart, is run in Australia by On Technologies. The server uses COMODO authentication and SSL certificates, look out for the security seal at the bottom right of the check out screen. At present we manually process credit cards, you only provide your card number & expiry date online. We will call you to obtain the Card Verification Number (CVC - Last 3 digits on the rear) prior to processing your order so your card details cannot be used even if intercepted over the net. Alternative payment methods include cheque, money order, EFT direct credit to our company bank account at St George, EFT via interbank transfer. We even accept Paypal for those that like to use it but this form of payment has a 2% levy applied due to the fees Paypal impose onto merchants.

 
Can I pick up and pay in store?
Certainly, we have merchant EFTPOS facilities in store so you may pay by Credit Card or EFTPOS or cash.
 
Can I have a demo before purchase?

Demos are available in store and we can provide safety gear, gas, and consumables. You only need to bring your scrap metal. Demos are stricktly by appointment and are available on Monday and Tuesday of every week. Our demos are time intensive so please allow 30 minutes.

 
Can someone help me setup my product during and also out side of normal business hours?

Our availability will ensure you never get stuck, not even on a weekend and our expert advice will enable you to get the most out of your purchase.
